From a general perspective, I have been working in customer service for 12 years since I got my first job at the age of 16 whilst studying my GCSE's.
Some of the roles I have had were customer facing such as a shop assistant, or estate agent where there was a mixture of face to face, telephone and email contact.
Other roles have been based very much in an office environment with either corporate or independent companies, in a range of roles starting from data entry, administrator and on to account manager.
It isn't a role I have ever thought of leaving, and still enjoy making sure my customers receive the highest level of service. At the same time, building a rapport with my customers is just as important, building a feeling of trust and understanding each other.
On a personal note, I currently live in Leicester with my fiancé and our dog. I enjoy films, reading, as well as travelling and country walks.
